WATERS EDGE VILLA, ELEUTHERA RENTAL RATES & AVAILABILITY

 

Waters Edge is available year round. The current rate for our Eleuthera rental villa is $1575 per week. A 50% deposit is required at time of booking, plus a $250 security deposit (refundable). The balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. During holiday weeks there will be an additional charge. Daily maid service and/or a cook can be arranged upon request.

 

Cancellation Policy:
Over 60 days - full refund
60-30 days - 50% refund
Under 30 days - no refund unless rerented.

...we have arrived safely back home but really miss your beautiful home in Eleuthera. We had a wonderful time there. The house is everything we expected plus more. Everything was very comfortable.
